Based the main materials of alumina and refractory kaolin, refractory ball is made after roasting under high temperature.
Refractory ball owns the characters of high mechanical strength, high chemical stability, and excellent heat endurance. So, it has a long useful life, not react with chemicals in the reactor, and can resist the high temperature not over 1900 â. Refractory ball play the role to support, cover and protect catalyst during various processes. With its application, distribution of vapor-liquid is distributed more evenly.
It can be widely applied in high-low temperature conversion stove, reborner, hydrogenation reformer, desulphurization bed, or methane reformer to disperse gas-liquid, to support, cover and protect catalyst. It's also applied in cowper stove or heating exchange equipment in the steel industry.
